I am starting this thread to get a feel for what you think should be skills / perks . I would like for you as a clan to come up with a list for each tank type.

Being an arty man. I think one of the first things for arty for all crew members should be camo and commander have sixth sense. You really only have 1 shot and you are dead. So the best you can hide the better. Also camo net-gun laying drive and gun rammer. These three will help with speed and rounds down range.

I did Brothers in arms first then 6th sense for commander, repairs for my heavies

As a dedicated scout there are three skills that make an indispensable set for the commander: 1st. Camo; 2nd sixth sense; 3rd, recon.
On the third skill other crews i have with repairs instead of recon in the third slot.
Once you get into fourth and fifth skill i think the decision depends a lot on the style of playing and the tank of the crew.
For my TD line i developed a little differently: putting camo, repairs and firefighting as the first three.
For the medium line i put, sixth sense, camo, and brothers in arms.
The decision should always hang on an evaluation of your own stat to see where strengths and weaknesses are.

It varies a ton even within classes (especially for meds), but generally speaking here's what I use/plan to use:
Lights: 1st skill 6th Sense on commander Camo on remaining crew 2nd skill Camo on commander Smooth ride on driver Snap shot on gunner Situational awareness on radio operator Repair on loader 3rd skill Recon on commander Off road driving on driver Designated target on gunner Repair on radio operator Safe stowage on loader 4th skill BiA on all 5th skill Eagle eye on commander Dead eye on gunner Clutch braking on driver Adrenaline rush on loader Call for vengeance on radio operator
SPGs: 1st skill Camo, retrained to BiA for whole crew 2nd skill 6th sense on commander Camo on remaining crew 3rd skill Mentor on commander Clutch braking on driver Signal boosting on radio operator Repair on remaining crew 4th+ skill who cares
Heavies: 1st skill 6th sense on commander Repair on remaining crew 2nd skill Repair on commander Smooth ride on driver Snap shot on gunner Safe stowage on loader Situational awareness on radio operator 3rd skill Camo, retrain to BiA 4th skill Jack of all trades on commander Deadeye on gunner Adrenaline rush on loader Firefighting on radio operator Clutch braking on driver
